Village Vantage was founded in 2023. Its creation is thanks to the Mayflower project which has uncovered a passion that was buried within.

Village Vantage's motto is "Growth with Goodwill". The motto and the name itself begin to paint the picture of why Village Vantage was created. Bring life to small town Ohio through asset acquisition, development and management. Assets in reference make up two categories. Real Estate, and operating business entities.

Small towns are filled with pride, history, and really cool old buildings. What these small towns sometimes struggle with is getting these cool old buildings converted into spaces that can reinvigorate that pride, and highlight the rich history that has come before us. Village Vantage wants to help make this happen.
